The service
Hevra Business Lite is a workspace for customers, sales, money, stock, operations, payroll, and reports. The supported way to use it on a phone is the website. The separate mobile application is experimental and is not the production service.
Accounts and workspaces
You must give accurate account and business information, keep your password secure, and use the workspace only for lawful business activity. You decide who joins the workspace and which role each person has. Those people can see the records their role allows.
Your business records
You keep ownership of the customers, invoices, payments, and other records you enter. You allow Hevra to store and process them only to provide, secure, back up, and support the workspace.
Trials and paid access
A new workspace can start on the trial shown during setup. Access can be limited when that trial ends. A charge is made only after a separate activation step. Renewal, failed-payment, and cancellation behavior follows the billing arrangement shown at activation.
Tax, payroll, and electronic invoices
You must check tax, accounting, payroll, and invoice outputs before you rely on them or file them. The workspace can prepare jurisdiction-neutral records and a sandbox compliance check. It does not submit invoices to a government authority. Live statutory filing needs a qualified local reviewer and a certified adapter for your country.
Connections that are not included
Bank feeds, SMS, WhatsApp, and online card payments from your customers are not part of the service. Email delivery works only when the workspace email service is configured. These limits are also listed under Settings, Connected services.
Support, export, and closure
Ask for help with an in-app support ticket and include the page, the task, and any error text. Workspace owners can export business data from Settings, Data tools. You can stop using the service and ask for export or closure, subject to backups and legal retention.
Acceptable use and availability
We may suspend use that is unlawful, abusive, or a security threat. The service can be interrupted for maintenance, faults, or capacity limits. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of records you must retain.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the workspace after an update means you accept the current terms.
