Who this covers
This policy describes how a Hevra workspace handles account, business, and security information. It applies to the website. It does not make the experimental mobile application a supported production client.
Information we process
We process account details, workspace settings, the business records you enter, security logs, and support messages. Business records can include customers, invoices, payments, expenses, stock, employees, and files you upload.
Why it is used
The information is used to run the features you ask for, sign people in, keep one workspace separate from another, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and send service messages.
Who can see a workspace
Workspace data stays with that workspace. Application permissions and database row security limit access. You should invite only people you trust and give them the smallest role that fits their work. A platform support session, when granted, is temporary, ticketed, and audited.
Operators
Hosting, database, email, file storage, and monitoring providers may process the limited information needed to run Hevra. They do not receive a right to use your business records for their own purposes.
Retention
Records stay while the workspace is active and for as long as security, backup, accounting, or law requires. Backups can keep a copy after you delete something in the live workspace until that backup expires.
Export, correction, and deletion
A workspace owner can export data from Settings, Data tools, and can correct records in the workspace. To ask for a broader export, correction, or deletion, open a support ticket from the signed-in workspace. Some financial and security records must be kept even after a closure request.
Sessions
Sign-in uses a secure cookie. Do not share that session. You can review and end sessions from your profile. The service does not ask you to store a password in the browser’s local storage.
Questions
Privacy questions go through an in-app support ticket. Include the workspace name and what you want changed, exported, or deleted.
